The Her Glow Era gathering is our flagship: a day of panels, facilitated conversation, and community, in an elevated space designed to leave women more confident and more connected long after it ends.
How it began.
On May 3, 2026, approximately 70 women came together in Charlotte for the first-ever Her Glow Era, a day that proved the need for exactly this kind of space.
